SHIPPING METHOD AND CARRIER

For all customers an international shipping fee will be applied based on the carrier's shipping charges.

 

SHIPPING DATE

We ship after payment has been processed;delivery usually happens within 5-14 business days.
Online tracking is available.
If your items are out of stock, we’ll notify you of the delay.
We’ll also send a notice when your order ships.

 

TAXES

Shipments to any country may incur customs duties, which the customer will need to cover.

 

RETURNS

We provide full refunds or exchanges up to 30 days after initial purchase. For more information, refer to our full  Returns and Exchanges Policy.

 

CANCELLATIONS

In general, orders can’t be cancelled after the purchase process has been completed. Exceptions can be made when the shipping and delivery dates have been delayed or changed.
Example: ordering an item that is out of stock.

DISPUTES

In case of legal disputes between Classico, Inc. and any customer, the courts governing the business and corporate address of Classico will have sole jurisdiction.
