30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


If you are not satisfied with your Classico doctor's coat or scrubs, we will refund your money in full.
We design our clothes to be special, and we want you to feel special wearing them. That is why our coats and scrubs come with a full guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 20 days of delivery, and we will exchange it for another size or refund your money in full. (Conditions apply*)

RETURNS


If your item is the wrong size, damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To make sure your returns do not become ineligible because of delay, please try on your purchases as soon as you receive them.
All returns must meet the following conditions:

  1. Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. No signs of wear or damage. Do not wear it to work if you plan to return it.
  3. Must have been purchased directly from Classico. (No resellers).
  4. No embroidery. If you still are not sure of your fit, you should order un-embroidered.

    EXCHANGES


    If your items qualify for return, you can exchange them for another size or style, depending on inventory.
    
If we do not have your requested item in stock, we will refund your payment. Exchanges can be made only once per order.

    Classico will be responsible for return shipping costs under the following conditions.
    We will bear it If the following conditions are satisfied, Classico will refund the UPS shipping fee, a fixed amount of $9.81 within 2 weeks of return shipment delivery.

    • Make return ground shipment through UPS
    • Return using the Initial delivery label & the initial packaging material

    For all returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

    HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:


    1. Fill out the Contact Form to let us know about the return. We will send additional instructions.
    2. Pack your item(s) according to the instructions.
    3. Drop the item(s) at the carrier we use in your country. In most cases, we ship via EMS or DHL.
