If you aren't satisfied with your Classico doctor's coat or scrubs, we'll refund your money in full.
We design our clothes to be special, and we want you to feel special wearing them. That's why our coats and scrubs come with a full guarantee. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 20 days of delivery, and we'll exchange it for another size or refund your money in full. (Some restrictions apply.)



If your item is the wrong size, damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To make sure the calendar isn't an issue, please try on your purchases as soon as you receive them. A few restrictions apply:
All returns must meet the following conditions:


    1. Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    2. Can't show signs of wear or damage. Don’t wear it to work if you plan to return it.
    3. Must have been purchased directly from Classico. (No resellers).
    4. No embroidery. If you still aren’t sure of your fit, you should order un-embroidered.



    If your items qualify for return, you can exchange them for another size or style, depending on inventory.
    If we don't have your requested item in stock, we'll refund your payment.



    For all returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping charges.



    1. Fill out the Contact Form to let us know about the return. We’ll send additional instructions.
    2. Pack your item(s) according to the instructions.
    3. Drop the item(s) at the carrier we use in your country. In most cases, we ship via DHL.
