The lab coats provided by Classico come with a refund and return guarantee. If our lab coats do not meet your expectations or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 20 days after its delivery. We will fully refund the purchase price of the item or exchange it for another size.

Return and exchange

We accept returns of items which size is wrong, image is different from your expectations, or due to your request, returning a damaged or defective item. The return handling fee is free of charge and we will fully refund the item’s price when the return item meets all the conditions listed below. Please try out its fit as soon as you receive the item.

The conditions for returns (Must meet all)

·Returned within 30 days after the item’s delivery.
·Items unopened, unworn, or worn as a trial indoors. (Items without any sign of wear or damage)
·Order placed for the first time.
·The number of items ordered is less than 5.
·Items without the name embroidery *If you are not sure about the size, we recommend you place your first order without the name embroidery.
·Items returned under the appropriate return and exchange course of action.
·Returning or refunding is limited to the items purchased from Classico

Exchanging

Exchanging will be handled when the item meets all the conditions listed above. Please be forewarned that there are chances in which we may not be able to arrange the replaced item, due to the inventory status. In that case, we will accommodate by refunding your payment. Also, your understanding is appreciated that we request our customer’s to cover the shipping fee ($30 flat rate) which is necessary when we are sending the replacement in exchange.

Return shipping fee

The return shipping fee for the items returned or exchanged due to your personal request will be under your expense. The return shipping fee for the items that do not perform correctly or have damages which we acknowledge as our initial failure will be under our expense.

Return procedure

1. Apply for the returning item(s) through the form
2. Instructions for the exchange procedure will be mailed from Classico
3. Pack up your item(s) following the instructions
4. Deliver the item(s) by EMS according to the instruction
