I highly recommend the medical jacket from Classico. it is professional looking and comfortable to wear which is important as an osteopath. I am from Australia and looked here as well as the United states of America and the united Kingdom, england for lab cots but found this excellent jacket in Japan. I love it and my wife has agreed to buy 3 more. My colleagues and patients agree, it is ideal. p.s. i was worried about the size, but there measurements are exact.
