We make arrangements to ship any item purchased at our website to places all around world (restrictions apply).
The shipping fee is FREE for anywhere around the world! We will not charge you anymore than the listed price of the lab coat(s) you would like to order! However, please be forewarned that the shipping fee ($30 flat rate) will be under the customers’ expense for exchange and returns.

Our delivery method is Japan Post Express Email Service EMS :
Express (EMS)：
Delivered usually 5 - 7 days after shipping. Online tracking insured. Shipping Cost: FREE! However, please be forewarned that the shipping fee ($30 flat rate) for the replacement when exchanging an item will be under the customer’s expense.
Shipping Date
We will deliver once your payment has been successfully received which is usually within 3-5 weeks. Once your payment has been received, we will inform you the approximate shipping date to your registered e-mail address. We will also be sure to inform you in the case there are any changes in your order’s status.
Taxes
Notification!
The shipping outside Japan may cause extra charges such as the indirect taxes. In such cases, the customs duty is the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
Returns are accepted for unused items which have not exceeded 30 days after the arrival date. Contact us anytime through our contact form for further details and procedures when returning your item. However, please be forewarned that the shipping fee ($30 flat rate) will be under the customers’ expense.
In the case of defective items
Please contact us through our contact form.
Once you finish filling the contact form and receive a confirmation letter from us, please send your defective item to the designated address freight collect.
We will send you the replaced item as soon as possible.
Cancel
No cancellation is accepted after the purchase process is completed.
However exceptions are made when the shipping/delivery is changed or delayed.
