1.PLACING ORDERS / E-MAIL PROBLEMS

I placed an order and/or sent a message, but have not heard anything from you

Thank you very much for choosing Classico and placing your order with us! I am sorry for the trouble and inconvenience we may have caused you.

If you have waited a number of business days and have not yet received a notice from us, please e-mail us once again to customer(at)classicolabcoat(dot)com. We will reply as soon as possible and make sure your inquiry will be answered.
However, some e-mails can go missing through the server and in the process of being delivered to your mail account. Please check your spam/junk/suspicious e-mail folders incase our e-mails have been sorted into such folders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


My browser is having trouble with your web site.

First of all, thank you very much for your interest in Classico!
This trouble is most likely related to your browser's encoding settings. Most of the time, this problem is caused by an "Auto Select" feature that is not working properly. Please find your browser's text encoding settings and change them from the current setting to "Western" encoding, and this should clear up the problem. Other customers who had similar problems reported that such problems were solved after following these procedures. If changing these settings doesn't help, please try accessing our website using a different browser. If that still doesn’t solve the problem, please send us a message to customer(at)classicolabcoat(dot)com describing the trouble you are having in details. We will get back to you as soon as possible and work hard in solving this problem.



2.MODIFYING & CANCELING ORDERS

I have already placed an order, but would like to add a few additional items to it.

Thank you very much for choosing Classico and placing your order with us!

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and your PayPal account has been charged, we are no longer able to add items to your order. In the case you would like to add some additional items, we request you place a new order. However, we are able to accommodate by charging no shipping fee for the orders placed after the 1st order, by sending your additional items together with the items you have ordered initially as long as the shipping addresses are all the same.


I want to cancel all or part of my order.

Thank you very much for choosing Classico and placing your order with us! No cancellation is accepted after the purchasing process is completed. However exceptions can be made when shipping schedule turns out to be delayed. Please e-mail us to customer(at)classicolabcoat(dot)com with the reasons in which you would like to cancel your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.



3.UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

I want to change or correct my shipping address.

That's easy! Just login and access your account.
Then, select the link View or change entries in my address book to change or correct your shipping address.

4.SHIPPING COSTS, TIMES & IMPORT ISSUES

I would like to initially know how much the shipping is going to cost.

The shipping fee for any of our products is FREE! and we make arrangements to ship anywhere around the world (restrictions apply). We use Japan Post Service for all of our items for overseas shipment. Below is the address from which our products are shipped.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! The shipping fee for any item purchased on our website is FREE! We will not charge you anymore than the listed price of the lab coat(s) you would like to order! However, please be forewarned that the shipping fee ($30 flat rate) for the replacement when exchanging an item, will be under the customer’s expense.


Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship any item(s) purchased on our website for FREE, to any country around the world! We use Japan Post Service for all of our items for overseas shipment, and below is the address from which our items are shipped.

How long will it take for my ordered item to be delivered?

We will deliver your item once the payment has successfully been received. Once your payment has been received, we will inform the approximate shipping date to your registered e-mail address. Usually within 3-5 weeks. In case of any inconvenience for unavoidable reasons, we will inform you by e-mail. For further information regarding the shipment, please see our Shipping page. I need my order by a specific date since it's a gift or I'm purchasing it for a certain occasion. Can you guarantee delivery in time?

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a certain delivery date due to our build-to order policy. As we hope to provide products of highest quality, all lab coats and jackets are cut and sewn domestically in Japan. And as we do not mass-manufacture our items to avoid damages caused by moisture and sunlight, we appreciate your understanding that it takes few weeks between the order and delivery. However, there are chances in which we are able to deliver and provide you with our lab coats faster than the ordinary delivery time depending on the item’s availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at customer(at)classicolabcoat(dot)com to confirm about the minimum delivery date for the lab coat of your interest. Thank you in advance.


I am worried about import duties and taxes which I may have to pay. Can you mark my package as a gift, or lower the declared value so I don't have to pay as much?

Unfortunately, the answer to this question is No. The shipping outside Japan may cause extra charges such as the indirect taxes and import duties. We understand that the such expenses are not desious. However, Classico, Inc., plays by the rules and does not intend to constitute any offenses. In the case which extra taxes are charged, the responsibility is on the recipient. Thank you very much for your understanding.



5.SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROBLEMS

You said my order has been shipped, but it has not yet arrived.

First of all, thank you very much for choosing Classico and placing your order with us! We are very sorry to have caused you inconvenience and trouble regarding the delay in your item’s delivery.

I've waited the amount of time you recommend, but my order has still not arrived.

First of all, Thank you very much for choosing Classico and placing your order with us! I am very sorry for the delay in your ordered item's delivery.

We are sure to inform you when the delay is caused by our mishandling. However, international shipping can take extra amount of time which cannot be under our control. In the case you have not received your item after the number of days we have suggested, we will make every effort to track where your item is at this point.

There have been a few cases in which the delivery could not be accomplished due to the receiver's absence.

My order arrived, but it was damaged during its shipping.

First of all, thank you very much for choosing Classico and placing your order with us! I am very sorry for the trouble we may have caused you regarding this problem. We accept returns of items which size is wrong, images different from your expectations, or due to your request, returning a damaged or defective item. The return handling fee is free of charge and we will fully refund the item’s price excluding its initial shipping fee when the return item meets all the conditions listed below.

The conditions for returns (Must meet all).
  • •Returned within 30 days after the item’s delivery.
  • •Items unopened,unworn, or worn as a trial indoors. (Items without any sign of wear or damage)
  • •Order placed for the first time.
  • •The number of items ordered is less than 5.
  • •Items without the name embroidery *If you are not sure about the size, we recommend you place your first order without the name embroidery.
  • •Items returned under the appropriate return and exchange course of action.
  • •Returning or refunding is limited to the items purchased from Classico.

First of all, I am very sorry for the trouble and inconvenience we may have caused you due to our mishandling of your ordered item. Please inform us by e-mail at customer(at)classicolabcoat(dot)com regarding which of your items have arrived and which are missing. We will confirm and make sure that all of your ordered items are delivered as soon as possible.



6.PAYING FOR AN ORDER

I don't have a credit card. How can I pay for my order?

There is no need to worry! We only accept payments through Paypal which is a online payment service that is recognized to be safe. Your financial information is securely stored on Paypal’s servers. When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your PayPal email address. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.

When will I have to pay for my order (When will my paypal account be charged)?

Thank you very much for placing your order with Classico! Your PayPal account will be charged immediately after your order is placed, excluding certain situations such as orders placed on days beside business days.

How should I tell which size to buy?

Please compare the measurements of your chest/bust, with the size chart provided on each product’s detailed information page. The size that matches your measurements the most will be able to offer you the perfect fit. However, if this does not help, please feel free to contact us at customer(at)classicolabcoat(dot)com for any further information. We will be happy to help find and suggest the perfect lab coat for you!

I want to know if you have stock on certain items before I place my order.
