I love it!
First of all, your customer service is excellent, almost beyond compare. Honestly, even though I loved the way your lab coats looked on your web site I did have some hesitation in ordering the lab coats at first, coming from Japan. It seems silly to me now, but in my mind, it seemed so, well, foreign and far away. I am happy that I got over that, with the help of Marissa, because when I received your package, on time as promised, it was a pleasurable experience just opening the box. The presentation was beautiful and I loved you understated card enclosure. The small was for me and it looks beautiful and fitted like no other lab coat I have seen. I will be honest and say that I am 5'9" tall, and I did find the sleeves just a bit short for me. I would have preferred them perhaps 1" or so longer, but it is not a problem for me really, because I can diminish that fact by folding the cuff back and revealing the beautiful detail inside. At first I found the pockets perhaps a bit high, as though the jacket was too short in the bodice, but then I realized it is a design element that differentiates it from any ordinary lab coat. The fabric is beautiful in it's weight and finish and the attention to detail and manufacturing is flawless. While your lab coats are not inexpensive, they are definitely worth every penny.

(I chose Classico because）I thought why not buy a lab coat with better design just like other ordinary clothes since it is something I wear longest of the day.
The day I started to wear a new coat 6 people came to talk to me and said ‘A lovely lab coat ! ’or ‘You look cool.’ It was just like the comments I saw on your website so I was very surprised. It was very well tailored. I showed my coat to my friend who is a dressmaker, and he said ‘Considering this tailoring, the price is cheap.’ I ordered only one since this was my first time but knowing my size I am thinking to buy some more.（Improvement request）I think it makes the person look nice body because the design is tight. The sleeve top is high and maybe this is the nice point but when I wear it and move my arms forward, I feel tight from my back to arm.(comparing with general bigger type lab coat) But I guess as it is true with our usual clothing, when we want to look good, we should endure the tightness. （Requests for further items）A jacket type lab coat, a casey style lab coat for women.

(I chose Classico because）My friend was wearing it and even though it was for a man I decided to buy one because it was a beautiful lab coat.
（Actually wearing it,）Each time I see your care with the details I feel very happy about it. The material and design, both are perfect.
（Improvement requests）I am short(150cm height)so I always have hard time finding my size when shopping.
since it’s a production to order system, you could probably work for making sizes with small demands, too. This lab coat is slim and by folding the sleeves it looks fine. But the pocket position and shoulder width are bit awkward when I wear it. The cut is neglected.

I am a high school teacher.（I chose Classico because）I have always wanted a good-looking lab coat. I happened to know that it was your lab coat that people in Mr.BRAIN were wearing by checking its website and I decided to order one.
（Actually wearing it,）I received them in early summer so in the hot ordinary class room where there are no air-conditioning I took off my coat . But in the air conditioned computer rooms, I enjoyed wearing them because it is not only stylish but also good to use…with deep pockets.
The most exciting thing was that the students were interested by asking me questions like ‘Is it the same lab coat from TV?’ and even somebody like me, ‘middle aged Obasan’, wearing it, there were students taking picture of me with their cell phone. Wow.

（Requests for further items ）I wish there were cool lab coats that I can wear during the hot summer…

(I chose Classico because）Looking at the catalogues in hospital , I never found my favorite. （General）A recent lab coat has a big bodice and a fine fabric. Certainly we have a supply from hospital but I have always wanted a more fashionable lab coat not like work clothes since I wear it more than eight hours a day. I also wanted to look decent by my patients and would be happy when they think I look nice on it.
one day when I was watching MR.BRAIN on TV, I saw Haruka Ayase wearing it and thought it’s nice. Instantly I searched on the web and found out that you are making this lab coat. I was also impressed the delicate make so immediately I ordered one.
（Actually wearing it,）It seemed it was too big for me when I checked the size table and it actually was little big. My size is 151cm /height and 40kg/weight. However, I was very impressed with the texture and luster of fabric, buttons, delicate details for lining which is not always visible. I have never seen a complete lab coat. Usually in -pockets of lab coats are just batch typed one, but yours were very fashionable. I like the name embroidery, too. The collar is beautifully done and the line of bust looks nice. If we look at it from the side, the front part is little longer and that makes the beautiful silhouette. I‘d like to wear it for a long time. I am enchanted by my look on the mirror.（giggle）
（It is better when） For example, sizes for custom made or SS size will be welcomed. Since your design is very slim and tight, it will look beautiful when the size fits just. If this will be possible, I shall order the second one. The right and left pockets are little too big. To pick the things up, it seems little deep. Are they for stethoscopes? I am left-handed so it would be better if I could choose right or left for the pocket in pocket.
（Requests for further items ） Since I am a pharmacist and I go to a ward and sometimes to the bedside of the patients, I wear a medical white pants. I would like you to produce pants for ladies. It would be useful when there are pockets on them. What we have now rarely have pockets. It doesn’t matter how small it is, the pockets are always very useful for lab
