Shipping Method and Carrier
Within the US, all items ship free via US Postal Service. Delivery usually happens within 6-10 business days. Online tracking is available.
We ship after payment has been processed; usually within three days. If your items are out of stock, we’ll notify you of the delay.
We’ll also send a notice when your order ships.
Within the United States, customers from California and Delaware must pay sales tax. Shipments to other countries may incur customs duties, which the customer will need to cover.
We provide full refunds or exchanges up to 30 days after initial purchase. For more information, refer to our full Returns and Exchanges Policy.
In general, orders can’t be cancelled after the purchase process has been completed. Exceptions can be made when the shipping and delivery dates have been delayed or changed.

In case of legal disputes between Classico US, Inc. and any customer, the courts governing the business and corporate address of Classico US will have sole jurisdiction.
